2004-09-05 [Lord Dog]: Well it could also be that until recent years the Female heroes have just been female versions of male heroes, for example...Batgirl/Batwoman -Batman, Spiderwoman-Spiderman, Supergirl-Superman, Hell, Marvel even has a Wonderman to DC's Wonder Woman...The newer comics tended to do what we did here...Lady Death, Lara Croft and Vampirella being strong Female personifications of roles that used to be Male dominated. Death, Indiana Jones, and Dracula. Even the old cartoon Goldie Gold was a mix of Richie Rich and James Bond
